Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This hands-on leadership role will oversee daily production, staffing across first, second, and third shifts, and coordination with maintenance and quality teams to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

You will coach and develop a team of 15–25 employees, uphold GMPs and food safety, and drive continuous improvement while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
