ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Rocky Mount, NC is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. This full-time, on-site role covers first, second, and third shifts and leads a team of 15–25 production employees.

You will oversee daily production activities, coach and develop staff, uphold food safety, quality and sanitation standards, and collaborate with maintenance and QA to resolve issues and improve performance. The package includes base salary, bonus, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
