Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Rocky Mount, NC seeks Production Supervisors for its bakery operation across first, second, and third shifts.

You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees, directing daily activities, staffing, and shift assignments to meet safety, quality, and production goals. This hands-on leadership role offers room for growth, collaboration with maintenance and quality teams, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, vacation, sick time, a 401(k)

Competenze

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.

Qualifications:

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
