Job summary

Amrize seeks a Plant Production Supervisor for the Portland Cement Plant CO to lead daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will oversee 12 night and 9 day direct reports, driving process excellence and regulatory compliance.

The role features a 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights, 12-hour shifts with a 2-3-2 weekend pattern, and SAP-based workflow for work orders, materials, and time entry. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing operation.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of processing methods and appropriate planning techniques.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Production Manager and oversees direct reports.
• Maintain safety program and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Supervise process and hourly employees and coordinate with lab.
• Use SAP to issue work and material requisitions, time entry, and data.
• Support cost control, housekeeping, and safety initiatives.
