Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced production leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality while mentoring staff. Cement plant or heavy industrial background and a strong safety mindset are essential.

You will manage inventory, collaborate across departments, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, 12-hour shift environment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Prior cement plant or heavy industrial experience.

  • Preferred: Ability to obtain ATF clearance to operate specialized material‑clearing equipment (e.g., kiln guns or similar equipment) used in cement plant operations.
  • Fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
  • 12-hour rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off
  • Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
