Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Plant Production Lead to oversee daily cement production activities at our facility. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality output while leading teams and collaborating with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime.

This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings. The position requires walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods, and may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions. This position works a 12 hour rotating DuPont schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
