Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Cement Production Lead in Harleyville, SC, to oversee daily cement manufacturing activities, drive efficiency, and maintain safety and quality standards on a 12-hour rotating schedule. Work Environment

This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings. The position requires walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods, and may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions. This position works a 12 hour rotating DuPont schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
