MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations for semi‑custom and high‑volume cabinet production. You will drive safety, quality, and on‑time output while coaching teams and implementing standard work in a fast‑paced plant environment.

Two shifts are available with potential overtime. Compensation includes an annual incentive bonus up to 5% and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree or AS degree in a technical or business-related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure semi‑custom and high‑volume cabinets are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role drives production performance through employee leadership, standard work, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager. We are hiring for two Production Supervisor roles:

1st Shift: Mon–Thu, 6 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. 3rd Shift: Sun–Wed, 7:30 p.m.– 6:30 a.m. *These shift times are approximate and could start/end early. Occasional overtime, including Thurs for 3rd shift , and Fridays for 1st shift is required for this position.

Hiring Range: $56,100.00-77,000 annually, paid biweekly. Eligible for annual incentive bonus up to 5%. *Actual pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
