Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in the Midwest seeks an experienced manufacturing supervisor to lead a shop-floor team and uphold safety rules. You’ll supervise roughly 15–20 associates, oversee training and cross-training, and help meet production targets while ensuring quality checks are completed.

You will evaluate performance, adjust workflows, and contribute to the Bertch manufacturing schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of related experience.
• Ability to read measurement tools and apply measurements.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise approximately 15-20 employees in the department.
