Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, coach hourly staff, and coordinate staffing, schedules, and equipment.

The role focuses on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement in a high-volume facility. You will work with Production leadership, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, HR, and other support functions to resolve issues and drive performance while maintaining a positive, respectful work

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or related industrial environment.
• Experience interpreting production schedules, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, production, delivery, and operational objectives are achieved.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and resource allocation based on production requirements.
• Monitor production performance and KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to operators and production staff.
• Ensure SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards are followed.
