Job summary

This full-time, on-site role requires standing for long shifts and following standard work instructions. You will perform quality inspections, document production activity, and maintain a safe, clean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, or similar equipment is preferred.
• Experience in a physically demanding, fast-paced production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment, materials, and workstations for production.
• Operate manufacturing equipment per procedures.
• Load raw materials and monitor performance.
• Assemble lithium-ion battery components to meet standards.
• Perform in-process inspections for quality.
• Document production activity and quality data.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain 5S standards at the work-site.
