ECHO Incorporated is looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for the Assembly Area! The ideal candidate should have an extensive range of knowledge in manufacturing environment and culture. Must be a self-motivator. Strong leadership skills are necessary as this position requires constant multi-tasking.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of all Group Leaders within the assigned area.
Ensure production goals related to quality and quantity are consistently met while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment; identify and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Monitor and verify daily production reports; identify and report schedule variances.
Participate in the selection, training, evaluation, and development of team members; uphold accountability and discipline standards.
Report equipment and process issues promptly and submit work orders as needed.
Collaborate with other Supervisors and support teams to ensure seamless operations.
Promote and maintain a safe working environment; conduct safety checks and participate in incident investigations.
Perform additional duties as needed to support department and company operations.
