Shift: 2nd Shift
Salary: Up to $75,000 base + $3,250 shift differential + 10% annual bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations in receiving, storage, packaging, and shipping

• Supervise a team of frontline associates in a high-volume facility.

• Ensure lean practices and SOP compliance for maximum efficiency

• Resolve escalations and support cross-functional teams in hitting KPIs

• Monitor material flow and regulate warehouse space for optimized productivity

What You Bring:

• Bilingual fluency in Hindi or Spanish – preferred

• Minimum of 5 years’ warehouse experience

• At least 1 year of leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS, and lean warehouse operations.

• Experience in outbound logistics.

• Experience in inventory control.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
