Job summary
Diamond Foundry is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations. You will manage shifts, drive throughput, and ensure quality while upholding safety and lean practices.
The role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on training and continuous improvement. Applicants should have 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience or an advanced degree with relevant experience, and be proficient with MES systems and Google
Qualifications
- Experience leading manufacturing teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to communicate technical updates to leadership and staff.
- Proficient with MES systems and data tracking.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily shift workflows and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance.
- Oversee Training Qualification Program and staff mentoring.
- Escalate complex issues to engineering and maintenance.
- Enforce safety and quality standards and drive lean practices.
