Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor and follow up on data-driven initiatives including department performance and productivity, shop cleanliness and organization, and employee attendance and accountability.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
• Lead change initiatives and drive improvements throughout the production department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to resolve production issues and support operational success.
• Communicate production goals, expectations, and performance results effectively with employees and management.
