Job summary

kochfoods is seeking a production supervisor to lead and develop a team in a food production facility. You will coach and train staff, promote a culture of safety, and ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a track record of team leadership, and the ability to manage scheduling and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient technology and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations (OSHA, GMPs, HACCP).
• Sound work ethic and integrity.
