Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead, coach, and develop a team of production operators during the overnight shift.
Plan, organize, and monitor production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
Support employee training, performance management, and workforce development initiatives.
Identify and resolve production issues, equipment concerns, and process inefficiencies.
Conduct routine inspections of production lines and equipment to maintain operational excellence.
Ensure accurate production reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other shifts to support seamless production transitions.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment focused on continuous improvement.
Your Background
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
3+ years of manufacturing or production experience, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality control principles, and workplace safety practices.
Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to work overnight/3rd shift schedules.
