Lead and coordinate all third-shift shipping operations, including picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipment documentation.
Supervise, coach, and support shipping team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
Ensure outbound shipments meet customer requirements, company standards, and transportation regulations.
Monitor inventory accuracy and collaborate with inventory control teams to resolve discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve shipping issues, damaged materials, and delivery-related concerns.
Promote and oversee the safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost performance.
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of shipping processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related business applications.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification, and the ability to perform physical warehouse activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working third-shift schedules as needed.
