Your Background

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience, including supervisory or team leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality control principles, and workplace safety practices. Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to work overnight/3rd shift schedules.
