Job summary

In this role, you will guide a talented production team while helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing workplace. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help solve challenges, optimize workflows, and create an environment where employees can succeed and grow.

This position supports our third-shift operations, working Sunday night through Friday morning from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Lead and inspire a team of production employees to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and efficiency targets.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in industrial manufacturing environments and supporting operational performance.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work across shifts and support periodic weekend operations as business needs require.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability and willingness to work our 3rd shift hours.
