This position is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in production by performing tasks such as preparing work assignments, equipment, ensuring quality standards, enforcing policies, and supervising employees. It also involves complying with safety work rules at all times and reinforcing Safety as a Core Value, ensuring all policies related to Food Safety & Quality are followed, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of company policies, facility processes, relevant laws, and supervision skills.
Effective communication in basic English (verbal and written) for safety instructions and emergency situations.
Ability to interpret and produce reports, manuals, and present information effectively.
Proficiency in basic math, including calculations, ratios, and graph interpretation.
Problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions in various forms.
Specific licenses or certificates as required.
Ability to meet production timelines, computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, SAP/TRM), facilitate meetings, foster continuous improvement, and effective interpersonal skills.
