Description

Prinsco has an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Production Supervisor on 3rd Shift (11:00PM-7:00AM). This role includes the following responsibilities:

1. Supervise production team members and projects
2. Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to develop our team to its fullest potential
3. Be a safety role model and exercise strong leadership to focus plant efforts on priorities & continuous improvements in manufacturing
4. Assist/supervise changeovers & machine operations
