Affordable Interior Systems Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in the Worksurfaces department. You will lead daily production activities, coach team members, and coordinate with adjacent departments to meet schedules and quality standards.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Shift hours are 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, with Saturday availability as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

POSITION TITLE: Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Worksurfaces)DEPARTMENT: WorksurfacesFLSA STATUS: Non-ExemptPosition SummaryThe Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Production Manager in the daily operation of the Worksurfaces department. This role oversees production activities, ensures safety and quality standards are met, develops team members, and drives productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
