Job summary

AIS in Leominster, MA is seeking a Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Worksurfaces) to support the Production Manager in daily operations, oversee production activities, ensure safety and quality, and drive productivity in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop teams, train staff on processes and safety, review attendance, allocate resources, and collaborate with Manufacturing and Logistics to meet production targets, while upholding AIS values.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

POSITION TITLE: Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Worksurfaces)

Position Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Production Manager in the daily operation of the Worksurfaces department. This role oversees production activities, ensures safety and quality standards are met, develops team members, and drives productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor plays a key role in meeting customer expectations while promoting a safe, efficient, and collaborative workplace.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and direct employees to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.
• Develop production schedules and monitor workflow to ensure operational efficiency.
• Train employees on production processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Must be available to work Saturdays as business needs require.
