Job summary

Affordable Interior Systems Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in the Worksurfaces department. You will lead daily production activities, coach team members, and coordinate with adjacent departments to meet schedules and quality standards.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Shift hours are 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, with Saturday availability as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Excellent reading, writing, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and direct employees to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.
• Develop production schedules and monitor workflow for efficiency.
• Train employees on production processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Review and approve employee timekeeping and attendance records.
• Oversee daily production activities and allocate resources to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, and other departments to prioritize needs.
