Sub-Zero Group, Inc. in the Madison area is seeking a supervisor for fabrication operations on the 2nd shift (M-F, 2:00pm–10:00pm). The role leads about 25-30 fabrication staff and collaborates with engineers and other supervisors to meet safety, quality and production targets.
You will organize work, train cross-functional staff, enforce PPE and housekeeping, drive safety and continuous improvement, support cost reduction and scheduling, and foster clear employee communications.

This position will supervise approximately 25-30 fabrication staff at a given time. In addition to supervising direct reports, this position will also work collaboratively with other supervisors, engineers, and other business functions to ensure safety, quality, and production needs are being met.
Core hours for 2nd shift are M-F, 2:00pm - 10:00pm.
Leads and supervises people and fabrication activities to achieve established production goals consistent with standards of quality, safety, cost and housekeeping.
