Job summary

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, the leading luxury kitchen appliance group in the Madison area, is seeking an engineer for the Corporate Development Lab. You will develop, implement, and sustain processes to support Business Unit and New Product Development teams.

You will regularly communicate project status and challenges, assist in design and testing, and uphold 6S practices with lab audits to keep spaces organized and safe.

Qualifications

• Able to provide input on best practices for new part and process development.
• A good understanding of Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and sustaining procedures to support Business Unit and New Product Development teams.
• Regularly communicate project and challenges that arise.

Required Qualifications:

• Teamwork and good communication.
• Able to provide input on best practices for new part and process development.
• A good understanding of Subzero, Wolf, and Cove product.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Foaming and sealed systems operations.
• Sheet metal fabrication.
• Plastic forming operations.
• CAD/SOLIDWORKS experience (2+ years).
