Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in fabrication. This role will supervise approximately 25-30 staff, coordinating with engineers and other functions to ensure safety, quality, and on-time production.
Primary responsibilities include planning operations, assigning work, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining strong safety and housekeeping standards. Candidates should have 3–5 years in manufacturing and strong leadership capabilities.

This position will supervise approximately 25-30 fabrication staff at a given time. In addition to supervising direct reports, this position will also work collaboratively with other supervisors, engineers, and other business functions to ensure safety, quality, and production needs are being met.
Core hours for 2nd shift are M-F, 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

Leads and supervises people and fabrication activities to achieve established production goals consistent with standards of quality, safety, cost and housekeeping.

Bachelors or better.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
People leadership experience
Problem solving and conflict management skills
Strong initiative and follow through
Strong oral and written communications skills required
Experience with high tonnage hydraulic presses, CNC Punch Presses, Press Brakes, welding and finishing all types of materials.
Familiarity with software programs such as SAP
Experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts, quality measurements and OSHA requirements.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
