About the Role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team on second shift at our Kenosha facility, which also hosts our Corporate Headquarters. In this role, you will lead a team of production workers, collaborating with the operations team to ensure safety and quality standards are met and exceeded. You will report directly to the Department Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure proper staffing for the department.
2. Enforce all safety practices.
3. Prepare daily efficiency reports and monitor performance.
4. Maintain adherence to all quality standards.
5. Verify HACCP documentation as per the HACCP plan.
6. Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
7. Apply BRC principles and ensure team compliance with training.

Required Skills

1. B.S./B.A. in Food Science, Animal Science, Biological Sciences, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout, HACCP, GMP, Safety, and BRC or global standards.
4. Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to lead a team and make quick, sound decisions.
