Responsibilities

• Reports to the Manufacturing Plant Manager
• Provide day-to-day direction to Union labor for production activities.
• Expedite resolutions (drawings) impacting production.
• Develop plan of week and report back on schedule adherence.
• Support plant safety initiatives with goal of zero recordable incidents
• Collect and share relevant operating experiences with workforce
