PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - 2nd Shift

We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our Frankfort, Indiana plant, supervising 2nd shift. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will directly supervise 30 - 40 employees. The Production Supervisor ensures a safe work environment, drives quality improvements, develops a qualified workforce, reduces operating costs, inventories and lead times through continuous improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION:Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; OR three year to five years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
