The QTI Group is searching for a Production Supervisor to join the team of a local plastics manufacturer on 2nd shift. Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday
• 4:00 pm – 2:30 am

Compensation:

• Starting at $30.00/hour, with overtime eligibility
• Compensation based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations on the production floor
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure production goals are met
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, compliant work environment
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and warehouse departments to support smooth operations
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Assist in hiring decisions and help shape a strong production team culture
