Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed targeted shift throughput goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance of line personnel.
• Manage equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance.
• Publish daily Line Operations summaries, including reasons for variances.
• Verify Quality Control checks.
• Ensure accurate WMS activity and line clearance post-production.
• Account for scrap factors in WMS at shift end.
• Support warehouse and yard operations, including inbound/outbound processing and facility maintenance.
• Maintain a clean operating environment.
• Coach and train personnel on safety, quality, and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
