How You'll Make an Impact

Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing production workers.

Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.

Ensure products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards.

Monitor and maintain production schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets.

Oversee the movement, packing, and sorting of raw materials and finished goods.

Identify and address quality issues, ensuring only the best products reach our customers.

Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.

Uphold and enforce company policies, practices, and procedures.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

High school diploma with relevant experience will be considered.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work 2nd shift.

Must have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
