Description: One of our client is currently seeking a production supervisor for their facility located in the Jim Thorpe area.

Production Supervisor – Plastic Manufacturing

Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our growing plastics production facility is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and support a culture of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members across shifts
• Ensure safety protocols, production goals, and quality standards are consistently met
• Monitor workflows and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and waste
• Train and mentor production staff to build a skilled, high-performing team
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance departments
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, but extensive relevant experience will be considered
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics experience a plus)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive leadership style
