TekniPlex, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a manufacturing team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
You will manage shift staffing, implement production improvement procedures, collaborate with QA and engineering, and mentor operators to achieve SPC and cost targets.

In this second shift Production Supervisor role you will be responsible for making decisions and taking action so that established standards and practices in the assigned department are maintained. You will direct, manage and schedule the work of the manufacturing team to maximize efficiency and meet shipping date commitments to customers.
Directly and indirectly supervises shift management and non-management employees in the assigned manufacturing area. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The compensation range will pay up to $75k plus bonus incentive
