We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead ~15-20 employees to achieve safety, quality, and production objectives in our automated plant in Lawrenceville, GA. At TekniPlex our supervisors aren’t responsible for directly fixing machines; instead, our supervisors are managing the floor – planning and allocating labor, training, motivating, identifying and escalating issues, and developing ways to continuously improve.
