Skills: Welding Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Miamisburg, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and supervision. The candidate will initially train on 1st shift and then move to 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers engaged in assembly and welding operations.
• Ensure production schedules are met and products meet quality standards.
• Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
