What You'll Do:
- Lead with Excellence: Supervise daily operations, delegate tasks, and motivate your team to meet production goals.
- Ensure Quality & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to customer specifications and safety protocols, utilizing PAC's Quality Management System.
- Drive Efficiency: Plan and execute shift schedules, troubleshoot delays, and implement corrective measures to optimize performance.
- Develop Talent: Conduct training, performance reviews, and interviews to build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other departments to meet safety, quality, and performance standards.

What You Bring:
- Experience: 1-2 years in a related role, with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma required; some college (mechanical technology or related field) preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds in a manufacturing environment.

Shift Details:
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 4pm - 12pm (midnight)
