Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
• Access to export-controlled items; employment is conditioned upon lawful access
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available

• Manufacturing supervisory experience
• Experience with TPM, Synchronous Manufacturing, and Kaizen concepts

We are seeking a Supervisor on 2nd Shift to join our Casting Facility in Dover, New Jersey.

Anticipated Pay Range: $80k-$100k annually, based on experience, education, and certifications.

Environmental Health & Safety Responsibilities:

• Implement EHS policies and comply with regulations
• Wear PPE, report injuries, safety concerns, and attend EHS training
