Bring your talent and leadership to Raytheon's Circuit Card Manufacturing (CCM). We have a high visibility opportunity for a 1st shift Production Supervisor in the Sensors High Mix Value Stream. This role will have overall responsibility for a manufacturing operations team consisting of 15-20 assembly, inspection, and test employees. This individual will lead a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to ensure products meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production. You will be responsible for a safe work environment and will actively lead and engage in safety improvement projects. You will engage in daily interaction with a cross-functional team to meet organizational goals and objectives.

This role requires daily interaction with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production control, finance, and the program management office. Achieving/exceeding cost, quality, delivery, safety goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using six sigma and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.

  • Execution of schedule and cost.
  • Workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Employee hiring and training.
  • Time and Attendance Tracking.
  • Area layout and flow management
  • Ensuring full compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Capital identification and control of overhead expenses.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically require a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree and 3 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Supervisory experience is required.
  • Ability to obtain Interim Confidential U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Manufacturing experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
  • Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean / six sigma.
  • Previous experience supervising bargaining unit employees.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access).

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
