Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Supervisor on 2nd Shift to join our Casting Facility located in Dover, New Jersey.

The role involves directing and motivating the manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely, ensuring schedules meet business and customer needs.

Anticipated Pay Range: $80k-$100k annually. *Pay rates are determined by experience, education, certifications, etc.

Environmental Health & Safety Responsibilities:

• Implement Howmet Aerospace’s EHS policies and principles;
• Comply with all EHS regulations;
• Wear required PPE;
• Report illnesses, injuries, and safety concerns;
• Attend EHS training.

Job Roles include:

• Understanding and anticipating business needs; strategic thinking;

• Maintaining teamwork and decision-making based on stakeholder inputs;
• Effective delegation and conflict management;
• Planning and organizing daily work with contingency plans;

• Inspecting equipment and resolving operational issues.

Qualifications:

Basic:

• High School Diploma or GED;
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience;
• Ability to access export-controlled items (employment contingent upon lawful access);
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available).

Preferred:

• Manufacturing supervision experience;
• Knowledge of TPM, Synchronous Manufacturing, Kaizen;
• Effective communication and team-building skills;
• Self-motivated, organized, and technically oriented.
