A leading company in metal finishing solutions seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage personnel, and ensure production quality. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. 2nd shift: 2:15pm - 10:45 pm Monday-Friday
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision, growth, and development of all production personnel within their area of responsibility. They ensure that equipment and labor resources are utilized as scheduled in a safe and efficient manner. The supervisor acts as the main contact between production and support functions such as EO, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Test Lab, Planning, and HR. The Production Supervisor is tasked with executing the Daily Production Schedule and is a key member of the production team, accountable for achieving Anoplate's Corporate Operating Goals in Culture, Safety, Environmental Compliance, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.
