Our factory in Crete, Nebraska stands as one of the largest manufacturers in the area and one of the largest wet pet food manufacturing facilities in the U.S. Together, we proudly produce over one thousand tons of pet food per day, including renowned brands such as Alpo, Nestlé Purina ONE, Pro Plan, Friskies, and Nestlé Purina Veterinary Diets. We also do our part to care for the environment, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity, and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Situated just 25 miles from the factory, the city of Lincoln offers convenience to many of our associates who prefer the amenities of larger city living. They embrace the short commute from Lincoln to the quainter city of Crete, where our factory thrives.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage, lead, and coordinate activities of your team to maximize performance, minimize costs, maintain quality, and endorse safety and operating standards. You will also be responsible for coaching, training and developing your team members while maintaining daily maintenance projects, preventative maintenance, and repair work. You will also be leading your team to achieve continuous improvement and/or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
Floater between (2nd shift 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) and (3rd shift 11:00 pm – 7:00 am)
The approximate pay range for this position is $72,000.00 to $106,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Incentives and/or benefit packages may vary depending on the position.
