Job Description

As a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. You will lead and support production teams in assembly, soldering, SMT, and testing, while maintaining a clean and efficient manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow to achieve 100% on-time delivery
• Troubleshoot and adjust SMT machines for continuous operation
• Monitor manufacturing efficiency through time studies and process evaluations
• Assign and oversee daily tasks based on production needs
• Identify staff development opportunities and provide training input
• Enforce company policies and procedures on the production floor
• Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and management
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Prepare production reports and escalate disciplinary actions when necessary
• Recommend supply and tooling needs to management

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of supervisory or manufacturing experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and drive results
• Experience in assembly, soldering, SMT, or testing environments is a plus
• Comfortable addressing conflict and performance issues professionally
