Worthington Enterprises is adding a Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift team. The person in this role will direct the department to ensure production and quality standards are met. Key results include controlling costs, maintaining training records, conducting performance evaluations, and upholding safety standards for the department. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, a problem-solver, and capable of prioritizing and delegating tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and ensures the safety of the team.
• Administers company policies.
• Responsible for continuous improvement and cost control, including scrap and rework reduction, controlling manufacturing costs, and preparing materials for monthly meetings.
• Supervises employees, including training, updating records, conducting evaluations, assisting in hiring, and setting and tracking goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
