Job summary
Entegris is seeking a driven Production Supervisor for the CMP Pads Manufacturing team at the Aurora, IL site. This role oversees production operators, staffing, and workflow, emphasizing safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
The position is a 1st shift, onsite, Monday–Friday, with 6:00 am to 2:00 pm hours and potential weekend support. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and experience with ERP/MRP systems (prefer SAP).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and module competency.
- Experience leading a team and driving safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead production operators and manage staffing and workflow.
- Promote safety, 6S, Kanban, PDCA, and visual management.
- Communicate goals, priorities, and area assignments clearly.
- Collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional teams across shifts.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and support defect investigations.
- Escalate safety, quality, or schedule issues promptly.
