Job summary

Masiello Employment Services is helping our client in Gardner, MA search for a Production Supervisor to join their team. The role will oversee daily production and quality, ensuring safety and efficiency, while developing SOPs and coaching team members.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong PLC/blueprint reading skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, first-shift position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel and Word.
• Ability to read blueprints and process sheets.
• CNC turning and milling experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Ability to manage time and work effectively while multitasking.
• Must have strong work ethic and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and quality.
• Track and report daily goal status.
• Organize and balance workflow.
• Ensure safe working environment and adherence to company policies.
• Create and improve standard operating procedures.
• Supervise team and create performance/development goals; provide coaching, discipline for team members.
• Employee relations
• Implement/conduct training programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives.
