Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, staffing, quality, delivery, and cost for assigned value stream.
• Lead a team of associates reporting to the Production Manager.
• Meet with Supply Chain staff daily to discuss material shortages and demand.
• Prepare annual department budget and monitor monthly results.
• Drive productivity improvement via process innovation and KPI huddles.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and purchasing card handling.
