Nortek is seeking a production leader to manage and develop a team of 15–25 employees in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role requires strong coaching, lean process knowledge, and hands-on floor leadership to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will drive continuous improvement, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with standard work while using Infor ERP for data-driven decisions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume or mixed-model environment.
• Direct supervisory experience leading production teams.
• Experience in lean manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and mechanical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience using ERP systems (Infor preferred).
